MIS Support Background

Working in the I.T. Industry since 1994, I have served in multiple capacities from Help Desk to LAN Administration, supporting various Platforms and Operating Systems of different sizes. No matter how large the network, I always preferred the personal service provided in small network environments.

I have been in the service of large establishments such as:

• International Business Machines (IBM)
• VoiceStream Wireless Communications

And, small organizations:

• American Booksellers Association (ABA)
• Ramapo Catskill Library System (RCLS)

I have been assistant to Network Analysts and MIS Directors with a proven capability of communicating with all levels of management and personnel.

It has been my belief to assist the End-User in utilizing the I.T. resources available to enhance productivity and performance.

Company History

Founded in March 2001 to fill a market void for quality low cost support resultant of the recent I.T. market flux. Having offered Basic Support Services in the past, I sought to help fulfill this need locally with additional services in Office Solutions.

Many I.T. Firms charge outageous fees for the most basic of services, and I felt that I could provide a better level of support for less cost to the Small and Home Office market. Like many who have Home Offices, this would also afford me time with my own family in the short-term.

In the long-term, my goal is to grow this business into a full-service consulting firm with an expanding base of consultants to follow my Core Beliefs that you see at right.
